About us

Founded in Singapore in 1974 Neptune Workwear is a leading corporate work wear label. With over 20 years of history and experience, Neptune Workwear is a trusted partner of major corporations such as Singapore Airlines, Shangri-La Hotels, Nokia and Volkswagen. We are proud to currently serve over 200 loyal clients, from small companies to multi-national corporations in Asia and Europe.

Headquarters are located in Singapore where on site sampling design and pattern cutting is carried out. Additional sales offices are in Malaysia and in Europe. In Nyon, Switzerland, product design and development as well as new fabric technology sourcing is conducted.

Neptune Workwear has manufacturing facilities in China backed up by carefully selected long-term manufacturing partners in Europe, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and China. Neptune Workwear employs local staff to manage and visit manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality, reliability, timelines and service for every order.

The Neptune Workwear professional team is motivated, modern, dynamic, creative and knowledgeable in textiles, design and styling. Careful attention to details is the trademark of a Neptune Workwear product.

Company Milestones

1974	Founded as a retail customized gentleman’s tailor shop in Singapore
1978	Expanded with a second tailoring shop in Singapore
1989	Increased product offerings to customized work wear
1997	Acquired factory in Shenyang, China
2002	Expanded product line to include Chef & Kitchen Workwear in the Ready to Wear Collection
2003	Geographical expansion through distributors in South East Asia
2005	Partner with renown Singapore fashion design house Woods & Woods to offer Neptune Designer Workwear under the label ‘Margarine’
2006	Launched 5 new ranges with over 60 designs in the Neptune Workwear Ready to Wear Collection at Food and Hotel Asia 2006 Neptune Work and Play SA, a sister company is set up near Geneva, Switzerland to service European Markets

Social responsibility is a serious undertaking at all Neptune Workwear facilities. We do not use child labour. We do not exploit our staff or partners. We respect each individual’s rights and our surroundings. All the factories we work with comply with local employment laws and are regularly visited by our staff.
