Trademark Licensing

For organisational clients who would like to promote their image or projects without the risks, expense and management of holding inventory, Neptune can negotiate a royalty-bearing license or to pay a fixed ‘right to use fee’ to design, develop, manufacture and distribute promotional clothing and accessories using the organisation’s names, logos, symbols, mascots, and other marks that are protected.

The advantage for you as an organisational client is an ongoing income, while fulfilling your promotional objectives without having to put in the resources and financial risks for managing such a project.

Neptune Workwear works closely with the licensor to propose and manufacture products with appropriate quality and design standards, in good taste and which correctly portray the image of the organisation. All items will be approved by the licensor.

Product could include T-shirts, sweatshirts, scarves, baseball caps, bags or specially created items.
